KK Novi Beograd[known as IMT], Zeleznik, Partizan, Makedonios Kozani, Efes Pilsen, Telendius Oostende, BC Kiev, again Partizan – Kecman has basically been a journeyman over the years, spending a lot of time as a key player on high-level ULEB-Cup and low to mid-level Euroleague teams. That was before he was instrumental in kicking big favourites Panathinaikos out of the 2008 Euroleague Top16, impressing the opponent to a degree that Panathinaikos head coach Zeljko Obradovic couldn’t help but sign the experienced swingman on a two-year-contract, probably the most lucrative contract Kecman has ever had. The Serbian international has adjusted quite well, as he has found his role on the Greeks’ packed roster by hustling, rebounding the basketball very well, and playing defense.
