- All lineups on one glance? Well, it’s an attempt.
This heat map displays the number of games players were on the floor at the end of any minute 1-40, relative to (team) total games played. The line graph displays the average point margin – not minute-by-minute (Real Madrid did not outscore opponents by 5-6 points per minute at the end of games) but building upon the previous minute.
Unsurprisingly, Real Madrid’s oncourt/offcourt +/- leaders (Reyes, Slaughter, S-Rod, …) are largely players who are usually on the floor at the end of the third and through most of the fourth quarter, when Real Madrid orchestrated a number of come-backs and pull-aways.
Additionally, this minute log has been added to the player “per minute” sub-page. - Find out about assist details: This is a field where a lot more can still be done. Right now we have assists details such as what type of shot the assist created and what position was assisted. (Note: Thomas Heurtel leads all players in minute-adjusted assists on close range shots, as well as on center field goals)
Then there’s a player “connection” page league-wide, for single games, and for players.
There’s also a by-position top ten ranking, since the league totals are usually guard-dominated.
